Privacy Policy

At Torqivex S.R.L. we protect your information transparently and responsibly. This Policy explains which data we process, for what purpose, for how long and which rights you may exercise, in accordance with Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the resolutions in force from Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form on our site: name, email address and the content of your message. We also automatically log limited technical data (truncated IP address, device type, pages visited and approximate duration) exclusively for statistical and security purposes, provided you have given your consent.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to: (i) respond to your request and coordinate the delivery of additional information; (ii) improve the operation and usability of the site; (iii) comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. In no case do we sell your data to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (art. 5, Law 25.326), on the pre-contractual relationship that begins when you submit the form and on the fulfilment of legal obligations.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it for longer or you request earlier deletion.
6. Recipients and processors
We may share limited information with technology providers acting as processors (hosting, email, analytics) under contracts that ensure an equivalent level of protection. We do not carry out international transfers outside the framework foreseen by the AAIP.
7. Data subject rights
You may at any time exercise your rights to access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition by writing to contacto@torqivex.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the AAIP (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
8. Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs and periodic backups) to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information we process.
9. Minors
The platform is intended for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you detect such a situation, please write to us and we will proceed to delete the information.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory changes or operational improvements. The current version will always be available on this page together with its update date.
